PreVenTest Nexus

In-situ testing of spring-loaded PRVs
Hot and cold testing in process conditions
ASME BPVC Section XIII, ISO & PED compliance
Database includes >4,000 seat-sizes

General Purpose

The PreVenTest Nexus Auxiliary Lift Assist Device (ALAD) provides a modern solution for testing spring-operated Pressure Relief Valves in-situ. Suitable for steam, gas and liquid applications, the system combines precision force application, advanced software and a database of more than 4,000 seat-size configurations from leading PRV manufacturers.

In-situ testing technology is changing this maintenance model by allowing PRVs to be accurately tested while remaining installed. This enables operators to verify valve performance with less disruption, reduced risk and improved efficiency.
